ISU FICA business process knowledge. Understanding and knowledge of FICA processes like payment file processing,returns processing,  refunds, installment plans, write off, promise to pay,security deposits,documents postings,GL accounting reconciliation and closing. Knowledge of dunning by dunning procedure/collection strategy and BRFplus .Good understanding of integration with ISU billing, FICO and SD modules. SAP master data and configuration G/L configuration Integration of FI-MM SD and FICA

Key responsibilities*
Requirement gathering ,solution finding, communication and documentation provide functional and technical support to teams in issue analysis, defect issue resolutions. unit testing, integration testing SAP MM SAP MM/SD SAP Billing Expert Must have skills*
1. Consultant experienced in working over one end to end life cycle implementation. Worked over minimum 2 of the 3 utility services (Gas, Water, Electricity) .2. Experienced in requirement gathering for ISU billing functional area.3. Experienced in preparation and review of business process documents, preparation of functional specifications for development objects etc.4. Strong experience in designing Billing Master and billing rules is a must.

Good to have skills*
1. Strong integration knowledge with other IS-U modules like DM, FICA and CRM is required.2. RTP billing configuration knowledge is preferred for deregulated markets3. Experience with SAP ABAP/4 & ABAP OO programming including BADIs, BAPIS & IDOCs

Key responsibilities*
