- Responsible for general database support, including the daily system health check, batch process monitoring and issue fixing
- Maintained production platform up and running for business and took proactive action that leads to failure
- Monitor and manage support queues on a day to day basis to ensure SLAs are met and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Knowledge and exposure of front to back office trade life cycles of OTC derivatives clearing, including understanding of rates and credit clearing through CCPs such as: ICE, CME, and LCH Swapclearetc
- Served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OTC Clearing on various Clearing Broker/ Futures Commission Merchant Product Offering projects
- Good knowledge in UNIX and SQL
- Monitor Level 2 issues/tickets opened internally and by customers for application issues
- Being proactive with regards to catching problems before they negatively impact production
- Excellent skills in business application development, problem solving skills with a strong technical background and good interpersonal skills & customer relational skills.
