Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced mid-level HRSD developer to join our dynamic team. As a mid-level HRSD developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our HR service delivery systems to meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize HR processes and improve user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement HR service delivery systems and solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines.
- Customize and configure HRSD platforms, including ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), to meet specific client needs and integrate with existing systems.
- Develop and maintain integrations between HRSD systems and third-party applications, such as HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems.
- Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and end-users, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in HR service delivery and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
