Technical –

•         Hands on experience with CSGi Interconnect.

•         Setup and configuration of Interconnect.

•         Data Model. Database structure. Table structure.

•         Interconnect environment variables.

•         Experience with below is must.

§  International & National operators

§  Interconnect settlement

§  Tariff planning

§  Customer acquisitions

§  Billing & Rating

§  Invoice generation & Credit control

§  Collection & Payments

§  Roaming / MVNO billing

§  Convergent billing

•         Must have through knowledge on below functional aspects.

§  Organizations / Organizations group

§  Agreement parameters

§  Rating rules

§  Tier Maintenance

§  Tier Derivation

§  Trunk routes

§  Batch processes

§  CPT Membership

§  Bulk Load

§  Bulk export

§  Reprice [Structural / Summary]

§  Financial extract

•         Knowledge of Xcopy

•         Shell scripting

•         Good Pl/SQL knowledge.

Design –

•         Hands on experience with agile deliveries.

•         Preparing HLD and LLD of good quality.

•         Participate in design work shops to provide inputs as ICT consultant.

Operations –

•         Familiarity working with ITSM / Remedy tool set.

•         Prior experience working in managed services environment will be plus.

•         Experience & Ready to work in 24 * 7 * 365 high demand environment.

•         Good communication & written skills.

•         Conducting Root cause analysis.
