  • Proactive in solving issues and informing Customer and Cluster Leads about any potential issues foreseen.
  • Good application development skills with understanding of SDLC cycle.
  • Should be able to come up with Service Improvements for the application he/she is supporting.
  • Good requirement management, testing and debugging skills.
  • Is able to work independently and able to take responsibility of the application support.
  • Should be able to guide a team of 3-4 team members.
Participate in customer meetings for solution designing and justifying the best solution/approach
