Job Description:

• This is a technical role for Windows Platform Driver Software Manual and Automation test.
• Should have hands on technical expert to verify the accuracy of analyses and review recommendations.
• You will be responsible for taking care of Platform Functional, Performance Execution and reporting.
• Role will largely involve working on windows platforms so having prior experience on Windows is good.
• Role involves test Execution (Manual and Automation Both), reliably analyzing the logs and reporting the data.
• Driving descriptive Technical Discussions with the various stakeholders and Department leadership
• Day to Day communicating with leads and team to keep the work flow and project deliverables.
• Estimating project timelines based on the technical dependencies and resources.
• Coaching new team members and guiding the team on tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

• 2+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Preferred Qualification:

• 8+ year relevant experience on Performance Test and device driver validation.
• Good understanding and working experience on performance benchmark tools and UX scenarios. Windows experience is preferred.
• Programming knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages, Python is preferred.
• Should be aware of the Test methodologies, prior experience in test framework and test tools development.
• Familiarity with debug and development environment and tools for windows platform.
• Good understanding of Object oriented design and development techniques.
• Should have a great Communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders, Negotiating capabilities. Proactive to pick up tasks and respond to requests.
• Education requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. With decent grades.
