Operation / SCM
- Taking care of Complete Operation.
- Close monitoring of day to day Supply & chain process. Regular order / supply follow ups with Super stockiest, distributors, Regional Sales heads, Factory personnel and Logistic team of different factory locations.
- Prepared Sales schemes for Managements Approval, followed by execution of the same.
- Sales realization, Making Price List, Maintaining EAN Bar Code of Different Products.
- Co-ordination done for Distributors/Super Stockiest Conference, Sales Meeting and annual incentive tours for Distributors & field force for India location and abroad.
- Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, inventory level and reducing aging material
- MIS creation and presentation to the board of directors.
- Vendor Management for various activities, POP materials printing, National & international trips.
- Monitoring Customer / Vendor code creation, PO, Payment process .
- Monthly Review for Sales achievement vs. Target and cost implication of each field force
- Co-ordinated for print, electronic media releases starting from media planning, buying, scheduling, releasing ads and total controlling of media account.
