We are in search of an SEO and Social Media Administrator to become part of our team. The chosen individual will have the primary responsibility of enhancing our website's visibility on search engines and overseeing the design and functionality of our online presence. We need an expert who can handle all aspects of search engine optimization and marketing efforts. This role is dynamic and calls for exceptional analytical skills, technical proficiency, and innovative problem-solving capabilities.

This is a non-voice role, however, we require candidates to have excellent speaking, written, and reading skills.

You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns mainly on Google and search engines like Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI.
 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute tests, gather and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights to maximize ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage campaigns and expenses, adhere to budgets, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Optimize website content, including images, videos, and text, for search engines and improve user experience for search engine marketing.
  • Design and create appealing and user-friendly websites in line with current trends and organizational specifications.
  • Develop and implement link-building campaigns to enhance website authority and search engine rankings.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure website content is optimized for search engines and provides a positive user experience.
  • Manage website design and development projects, including updates, redesigns, and maintenance.
  • Ensure website design and functionality are optimized for user experience, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, web design, and digital marketing.
  • Perform basic keyword research, discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Conduct competitor keyword research, assess industry relevance, and apply expansion and optimization techniques.
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
  • Analyze competitor advertising links.
  • Develop and implement a link-building strategy.
  • Work with the CEO, Executive Assistant, and development team (if applicable) to ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices on newly developed code and approved keywords.
  • Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams on relevant projects to boost SEO in content creation and programming.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to enhance SEO positions for target keywords.

Requirements and Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO and social media administration is necessary.
  • Proven SEO experience of at least 2 years or more, preferably in the Human Resource and Manufacturing Industry.
  • Working knowledge of various CMS platforms such as WordPress, Magento, Shopify, Bigcommerce, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in SEM and managing PPC campaigns on Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Proficiency in website analytics tools and the Google Tag Management system, including Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with bid management tools like Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite.
  • Experience conducting A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and their limitations.
  • Understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
  • A BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in implementing and utilizing GTM, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Advertising, and LinkedIn Advertising.
  • Proficiency in keyword research using Google Keyword Planner, Google Trends, and Google AdWords.
  • Excellent communication and data analysis skills.
  • Effective time-management abilities.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • A high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 30mbps.
  • A home office setup with a Mac or PC Computer (including a webcam) with a processor ranging from AMD Ryzen 5 3200U to AMD Ryzen 7 3500U or AMD Ryzen, 32GB RAM, and the most recent version of MS Office installed (all programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A headset with a microphone.

Social Media Administrator

  1. Proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands or organizations.
  2. Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
  4. Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) to schedule and analyze posts.
  5. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies to drive engagement and growth.
  6. Knowledge of social media advertising and experience in running paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  7. Analytical skills to measure and report on social media performance using metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  8. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with online communities and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
  9. Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing content, including graphics and videos.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate is a graduate of IT and or an experienced employee (two years of work experience).
  • Familiarity in the Human resource and manufacturing industry is an advantage.
