Job Description:
We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer with expertise in integration solutions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing robust integrations within the ServiceNow platform to enhance organizational workflows and efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, applications, and databases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow APIs, web services, and middleware to facilitate seamless data exchange.
- Develop and maintain integration documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and process flows.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of integration components to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Monitor integration performance and proactively address any issues or bottlenecks.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates and integration technologies to recommend best practices and optimizations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on integration design patterns and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Proven expertise in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration tools such as MID Server, IntegrationHub, and Import Sets.
- Knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, SAML, etc.) and encryption standards.
- Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data mapping techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a plus.
