Location Bangalore ( Onsite Japan )

Role - WIFI Engineer: (U3-U4)

1. Should have experience in providing Engineering solutions based on latest WiFi standards such as WiFi 802.11ax, 802.11ay, Bluetooth 5.0 and prevailing standards on Cisco/Other platforms.

2. Excellent knowledge of WiFi wireless technologies with security protocols.

3. Knowledge of common network protocols/architecture (TCP/IP, IP routing, OSI model, VLAN, etc), client/server networking environments and managed switches, VOIP and their relevant Network security issues.

4. Minimum 1.5 years or more of relevant experience in designing & engineering complex WiFi based Network services.

5. Knowledge of IP addressing, interconnecting to MPLS Core and access Networks, other eco system elements such as AAA, DNS, other network management systems, logging systems as required by regulatory, security and management requirements.

6. Candidate Should have experience in design, implementation, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of WiFi systems.

7. Basic VoIP and/or PBX telephony knowledge and basic configuration experience.

8. Lead the analysis of customer requirements and development of wireless solutions to meet required WiFi performance and coverage.

9.Plan, schedule, and execute entire end-to-end WiFi Network installations.

10.Coordinate and execute site surveys to determine the actual layout and placement of the Wi-Fi equipment to provide optimal WiFi coverage, data rates, network capacity and Quality of Service (QoS)

11.Develop and execute wireless test plans to include test strategy, criteria, test cases, schedule, locations, and expected & actual results.

12.Manage and Lead Installation Teams performing physical installation at multiple locations simultaneously

13.Should have Experience on Configuring servers, routers, switches, and access points to customer requirements.

14.Integrate new wireless capabilities into existing site infrastructure and systems.

15.Develop documentation and procedures for operations and maintenance.
