Senior Manager, Accounting

TTEC Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (Onsite) Full-Time

What You’ll be Doing -
Managing Operational Accounting to ensure timely book closure & delivery of monthly, quarterly & Annual Financials for various geography / entities across India, EMEA & APAC.

Capable of managing implementation of applicable new accounting standards like, IFRS, US GAAAP, India GAAP as applicable.

Capable of managing the conversion of financials / reports from various GAAP to IFRS as applicable, reconciliation of STAT ledger with primary ledger, posting of regular entries in STAT ledger.

Implementation of standard process for accounting, reconciliation & reporting; Integration of reporting process for new companies established or acquired. Alignment of accounting of various countries with GL and payroll Costing report.

Capable of coordinating on Local Statutory Audit for the group entities across India, EMEA & APAC.

Able to Build /Promote continuous learning culture within the team by conducting periodic Knowledge Sharing Sessions and interactive workshops.

Create and build SOP documents for monthly and quarterly entry for each entity, prepare document for Recon preparations as well as flux preparations.

Develop and Build Finance and accounting team, provide support and training to team members and help in onboarding process.

Settlement of intercompany payments between TSC and TTEC India

 

You'll report to the Executive Director, Finance. The role requires a detailed-oriented individual that can retrieve and analyze data from multiple data sources and will work to create a team to identify and drive improvements in the Accounting Delivery process.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

•        Supervision of Team preparing journal entries & schedules for month end close process and posting the same in GL.

•        To help the team to ensure reconciliation of intercompany balances and run the local allocation process during month end close process.

•        To help the team to ensure timely preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

•        Assist in preparation of audit requests and other projects as deemed necessary.

•        Assist with special projects as assigned by the Controller, CFO and other Directors and VPs.

•        Be aware of SOX requirements & maintain compliance with key controls related to accounting.

•        Participate and provide input in process improvement projects.
