Oracle EBS Apps Technical
3 to 7 years of technical experience in Oracle implementation/ upgrade projects
Experience with Oracles development tools including reports, forms, BI publisher, Workflow Builder and OAF
Should have strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL and analytical skills
Should have hands on experience in FRICEW components
Experience in designing, developing, deploying, testing and maintaining technical FRICEW objects
Good communication skills (Verbal and Written) ,to be able to articulate the problems and make design decision
Should of good understanding of oracle implementation methodologies such as AIM
Knowledge in ADF, ODI, Informatica, OBIEE, SOA or Oracle Cloud will be an added advantage
Should have worked on Financial / Manufacturing / Distribution / SCM modules preferred.
Able to demonstrate analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
Work with team leads in determining design approach and capability of making estimation and planning
Maintain in-depth knowledge of standards, guidelines, industry trends and best practices across IT enterprise
Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Accounting. Certification in Oracle will be an added advantage


Oracle EBS Projects Functional

3 to 6 years of experience in implementation of Oracle Projects processes
Well versed with Oracle modules of Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, Project Contracts, Project Resource Management, Grants Accounting
Professional with atleast 2 end to end implementations
Good working knowledge of modules interacting with Oracle projects like Payables, Fixed Assets, Receivables, Time & Labor
Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training
Experience in being a trusted advisor to the client in terms of providing solutions meeting the client requirement including process improvements
A Bachelor/Masters's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Accounting
Well versed with Microsoft Project plan or equivalent

Oracle EBS Finance Functional
Required:
  • Functional professional with 2+ Oracle EBS Financials implementations as a team member or team lead for at least 1 full cycle implementation.
  • A minimum of 3- 6 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle Financials applications such as: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Treasury, EBTax, Advanced Global Intercompany Systems (AGIS), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Payments.
  • Demonstrated experience as a senior resource with experience in key design and build activities such as gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, design workshop preparation, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional design and configuration, testing, participation in cutover etc.
  • Exposure to onsite-offshore model will be an added advantage.
  • Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
  • Basic Knowledge of Oracle Projects modules is preferred
  • Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications is preferred
  • A Bachelor/Masters' degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Accounting.
