  • Manage Customer Calls and provide first level support.
  • Provide First Level Technical support on Basic Network issues.
  • Prepare MIS Report, Daily Report, Weekly Reports.
  • Co-ordination with field team and Vendors  for Issue resolution.
  • SLA management.
  • Should have good experience in Excel /PPT.
  • Basic Network/System/Printer knowledge.
