Senior Specialist, Social Media Marketing

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and creative Senior Organic Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic demand generation team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to attracting top-tier customer service representatives in various languages by creating engaging social media content and collaborating with a global team. You will work independently on assigned projects, demonstrating strong project management and content creation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create engaging and informative organic social media content across LinkedIn, Spotify, and Youtube highlighting our best industry practices, employee stories, and career opportunities. Develop full cycle from inception to coordination, to design, and publishing.
  • Independently manage assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information, brainstorm ideas, and ensure content aligns with overall social media strategy.
  • Provide clear direction to external resources on how to capture content that meets our brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics for assigned projects and contribute to refining content strategies based on data insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices and apply them to content creation and project development.
  • Work collaboratively with the broader social media team to maintain consistency and brand voice across all social channels.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the recruitment or human resources industry.
  • Proven ability to create engaging and effective social media content in different formats (e.g., text, images, video).
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Passion for talent acquisition, a strong understanding of best industry practices in customer service, and a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
