- Experience in site support services including:
- Desktop Support Operations & Administration
- Desktop Services Hardware and Software Break/Fix
- Desk side IMAC Services
- Coordination with OEM & Partners Digital conference rooms and Printer support
- Hands and Feet support for LAN and Telephony devices
- Knowledge in Installation of LAN/WAN and other network managing components.
- Experience in Support repairs, maintenance, installation, configuration of Desktop/Laptop Workstation & Mobile devices.
- Strong in OS deployment and patch updating.
- Troubleshooting and break-fixing software and hardware related issues.
