Channel Marketing Manager - Offline Retail and Events

General Summary:
As a Channel Marketing Manager focusing on Offline Retail and Events, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance our brand's presence and sales through offline retail channels and engaging event experiences.
This role requires a creative and analytical marketer who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive successful partnerships, promotional campaigns, and event sponsorships that align with our brand values and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Craft and implement comprehensive channel marketing strategies for offline retail and event channels to meet or exceed sales and branding goals.
• Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, event organizers, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal brand visibility and product placement.
• Promotional Campaigns: Design and oversee promotional campaigns tailored to offline retail environments and events, ensuring they are innovative, effective, and within budget.
• Event Management: Plan and execute a variety of events, from trade shows to consumer-facing events, including logistics coordination, vendor management, and onsite execution.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment across channels and maximization of promotional opportunities.
• Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the offline retail and events space.
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of offline channel initiatives, using data to drive decisions and improve future activities.
• Brand Compliance: Ensure all offline marketing materials and activities comply with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Budget Management: Manage budgets for offline channel marketing and events, ensuring efficient use of resources and high ROI.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in channel marketing, with a focus on offline retail and/or event management.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in offline retail environments and managing large-scale events.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with partners.
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as required for events and partner meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
