Overview:
National Search Group is currently recruiting for a Technology Manager. The ideal candidate for this position is a tech-savvy professional with expertise in ATS, CRM, and email marketing technology. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technology Manager to oversee our technology and IT operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of how technology can drive our business forward. The candidate will help us utilize email marketing tools implement best practices, and address underlying system or CRM-related issues, and strategies to drive successful email campaigns, ensuring that email communication reaches and engages the target audience effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the technology team, including developers, IT professionals, and support staff.
  • Technology Strategy: Develop and execute the company's technology strategy, aligning it with business goals and ensuring the optimal use of technology resources.
  • System Development: Oversee the development and maintenance of company systems, applications, and software, ensuring they meet quality and functionality standards.
  • IT Infrastructure: Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware if necessary.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures, compliance with regulations, and data protection policies.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external technology vendors and partners to ensure the best solutions for the organization.
  • Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and innovations, making recommendations for their adoption when appropriate.
  • Project Management: Lead technology-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Staff Development: Identify training and development needs for the technology team and provide coaching and growth opportunities.
  • IT Support: Offer guidance and support to employees experiencing IT issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and regular performance evaluations for the technology department.
  • Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies.
  • Policy Development: Establish and enforce technology-related policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and ensure technology solutions support overall business objectives.
  • Multi-Channel Approach: Utilize multiple communication channels, such as email, phone, social media, and content marketing, to reach leads.
  • Training and Development: Keep updated on the latest lead generation tools, techniques, and best practices through training and self-education.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to tailor your lead generation approach.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with leads over time, providing them with valuable content and information to keep them engaged.
  • Database Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of leads and their interactions within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align email campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
  • Maintain a schedule of email campaigns and adhere to deadlines.
  • Document email marketing procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Led a team of Lead Generation and Database Representatives and create a set of KPIs/matrices.
  • Assist the Business Development Team, Marketing Team, and CEO with relevant technology and administrative requirements.

KPIs:

  • Increase the deliverability rate of email campaigns
  • Reduce bounce rate and identify deliverability issues
  • Create strategies to mitigate related issues
  • Generate reports on root causes of Email deliverability issues
  • Monitor and track ongoing challenges on Email deliverability issues
  • Spearhead the further enhancement of our Applicant Tracking System CEIPAL (tracked monthly and quarterly)
  • Identify flaws and assist the operations team in streamlining CEIPAL-related tasks and functionalities.


Requirements:
• Proven experience in similar lead generation, email marketing, telemarketing, and sales.
• Strong (spoken and written) communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Proficiency with CRM software and lead management tools.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Recruitment (RPO) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Detailed Oriented / Multi-Tasker / High-Energy / Determined and self-motivated
• Must have high-speed internet (backup if possible)

Salary:
