SOA Lead
This resource will participate in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of SOA-based enterprise integration and workflow solutions. This person will be exposed to the full life-cycle of development and play a hands-on role throughout the life-cycle of the project. This person will have significant interaction with application owners, other members of the development team, and SMEs.
Ideal candidate will have experience with projects utilizing middleware and building web services as part of integration solutions utilizing the Oracle SOA Suite.
Experience – 10+ Years
Basic Skills/Qualifications
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering (BE/MCA/BCA)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Agility and quick learner
- Understanding of the Software development lifecycle
- Good Analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
Technical Skills (Hands On)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience using Oracle SOA Suite 12c (primarily BPEL Process Manager, Oracle Service Bus)
- Experience working with XML, XSD, XSLT, XPATH, REST
- Expertise in Business Process Integration, Service Orchestration, and Routing using Oracle SOA Suite Fusion Middleware Products (BPEL, Mediator, Business Rules, B2B, Human Workflow and BAM)
- Oracle SOA Suite 11g and Java/J2ee Technologies
Functional Skills – Preferable Integration project + 1 or more area
Nice to have Skills
- Oracle SOA Suite 12c skills (Business Activity Monitoring, Oracle Business Rules, B2B)
- Knows about APIPCS, APIARY, OEMM etc.
- Understand Integration Pattern approach.
- Experience in at least one full life-cycle of software development or methodology such as RUP or Agile; requirements analysis, design, development, testing and implementation
- Business process analysis and redesign experience: business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation.
- Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
- Ability to work independently, also along with the vendor teams
- Ability to work in shifts
- Ability to work in offshore and onsite model
