ServiceNow HRSD Developer (Platform Support)
Location: Remote
Role Overview:
As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer specializing in platform support, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of the platform to ensure its reliability, scalability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide platform support, including troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes.
Conduct platform enhancements and upgrades to improve functionality and user experience.
Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Implement best practices for platform governance, security, and compliance.
Stay updated on ServiceNow HRSD best practices, new features, and industry trends.
