MBRDI_Scrum Master_Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Guide teams to self-organize, self-manage, and self-deliver
- Manage sprint cycles and projects
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies like standups, demos, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, burndown tracking and other meetings
- Aligns teams with velocity and ensure team meets its sprint and release cadence
- Help identify impediments, owners and dependencies. Follow up and escalate as necessary.
- Coaches team to get better at agile delivery, communications and follow-ups
- Coordinate and communicate with partner teams constantly
- Help increase visibility of work being done among leadership and cross functional teams
- Work with Business and IT partners to coordinate, publish, notify and manage releases
Key qualifications:
- 2+ years experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience in working with high-performance technology teams
- Ability to adjust to change and challenge assumptions
- Expert with JIRA, workflows and tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven expertise in delivery using Agile – from a sprint to a project level
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery
- Comfortable with working in a distributed team, with remote leadership
