Do you meet the requirements for this job?
Java Lead
Should be very strong in core Java, J2EE, WAS 7, Web Service, Ajax, JQuery, JSP, JS and CSS.
Should be able to mentor and mange a team size of 4 to 6 resource.
Should have hands on experience as Technical Lead /Team Lead
Should have good communication skill and should be a team player.
Experiences in scrum model would be an added advantage.
