Eagle Developer -Gurgaon --- for Bangalore Walk-IN
Experience and Qualifications
• Eagle technical
o 2-3 years experience in EAGLE PACE and Eagle STAR applications
o Excellent knowledge of the Eagle PACE and Eagle STAR Data model and its various modules
o Mandatory experience in at least two of the following eagle interfaces - Uploaders, exporters, message centre streams, datamart and OLAP
• Other technical
o Strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Stored Procedure experience with a minimum of 2 years experience
o Experience of Source Control Tools (Clear Case preferred)
o Experience of using job scheduling tools (Control-M preferred)
o Experience in UNIX and PERL scripting
o Understanding of standard ETL tools such as Informatica Power Centre
• Functional
o Experience of working within either Investment Management, Wealth Management or Investment Banking organisations and broad base business process, application and technology architecture experience
o Experience with data distribution and access concepts with ability to utilise these concepts in realising a proper physical model from a conceptual one
o Strong interpersonal, communication skills
o Ability to work closely with cross functional teams
o Openness to work as a part of a team engaged in development as well as production support activities.

Job Description - Role Overview
This is a challenging opportunity for developers to work in a central GFDR team alongside system/business analysts, database administrators and business project teams in order to contribute to the central GFDR service. This service is based on a vendor product (Eagle PACE and STAR).
Key Responsibilities
• Work with Delivery Managers and System/Business Analysts and other subject matter experts to understand the requirements
• Implement mappings between inbound and Client data model
• Develop the eagle interfaces (uploader, message centre, panels, exporters etc) between the inbound systems and files into the GFDR data model applying business rules as specified in the requirements.
• Maintain the Meta Data Repository within the vendor product (Eagle PACE and STAR)
• Produce Technical specifications, unit test cases for the interfaces under development
• Adhere to the source code control policies of the project
