As a Regulatory Complaints Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, testing, and developing a data-driven reports, scorecards, and dashboard with state-of-the-art visualizations to tell the story and enable valuable and actionable insights.

Using a combination of SQL expertise, advanced analytics techniques, and meticulous data research, we gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide valuable insights that drive business success.

Your day-to-day

  • Design, develop, and implement high-quality dashboards and analytical tools.

  • Analyze data to determine the accuracies and impact of practices and procedures.

  • Extract, transform and load from databases to data models for visualization and self-service consumption while managing data integrity.

  • Partner with engineers and data scientists to guide the construction of complex data structures and multi-system processes.

  • Have fun while driving innovation at one of the top brands on the Internet with the help of cutting-edge technologies.

What do you need to bring

  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in the field of software engineering, business intelligence, or data analysis.

  • 5+ years of recent SQL development with a deep understanding of structured and unstructured databases (Big Query).

  • Strong experience using Jupyter Notebooks, Python, or other languages to perform data analytical tasks.

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline.

  • Proven understanding of commercial data and how to leverage that to support business-critical decisions and process optimization.

  • Working knowledge in relevant reporting technologies: Tableau, Looker, Power BI, MicroStrategy.

  • Understanding of Multidimensional Data Modeling and data warehousing (OLAP, Kimball, Inmon).

  • Extended knowledge of ETL concepts and tools.

  • Proficient use of MS-Excel.

  • GCP Cloud computing.

  • Excellent collaboration and partnership skills for working across organizations, cultures, and geographies.

  • Ability to drive collaboration within a matrixed environment and thrive in an unstructured environment.

  • Strong communication skills and results-oriented.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an appreciation of diversity in teamwork
