SDETQA Lead
- Must have 5-7 years of total testing experience
- Must have good hands on exposure towards Manual testing
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in Automation testing
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in Coded UI (VSTS)[ not just record and playback] or Test Complete.
- Must have strong knowledge of Web services and their testing using SOAP UI
- Must have good hands on exposure on programming language as C#
- Should have knowledge of automation frameworks and should be able to build/implement a framework from scratch
- Must have 3+ years of experience in SQL Server, including familiarity with understanding/writing complex SQL queries.
- Knowledge of XML, XSLT, WSDL
- Must have experience working in Agile methodology
- Self-motivated person, ability to handle multiple tasks work in a geographically distributed team structure.
- Must have Onshore-Offshore model testing experience
- Knowledge of different quality metrics and release criteria
- Testing Certification (ISTQB/CSTE/ C# programming/Certification in automation testing)
- Experience in client interaction
- Exposure to mentor small testing team
- Experience in Finance domain
- Experience in Source Control and ALM tools (e.g. TFS or Rally)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Test planning , Team coordination and allocation, task ownership and execution in time
- Must be a very logical thinker
- Team Player
