General Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional T&E Accounting Processor for our dynamic Global Travel and Expense team. This role will be expected to meet and exceed the needs of our employees, corporate card and P Card holders as our business rapidly grows in existing markets and scales to new markets. As T&E Accounting Processor, you will be responsible to perform daily operations like expense auditing, daily reports etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Understand all Qualcomm policies and the relationship they have to the proper submission of expenses
• Perform completeness and accuracy checks
• Manage and respond to queries on corporate card
• Make suggestions of improvements by analyzing current process/system and new Concur functionalities available
• Excellent customer service, problem resolution to corporate cardholders
• Prepare and review of all DTPs on a quarterly basis and all changes are tracked regularly
• Complete special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
• Work closely with accounting teams, satellite, and other global locations.
• Calls/meeting with internal/external stakeholders as needed.
• Provide recommendations on overall process improvements in the T&E
• Support during annual audits by providing timely and appropriate data and documentation
• Assist in quarterly reviews, periodic audits, and prepare audit schedules, as necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Good understanding of T&E process, Concur system
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Ability to solve technical and non-technical accounting problems related to AP.
• Commerce Graduate/Masters with 1-3 years of experience in T&E domain. Exposure to procure-to-pay is added advantage.
• Good accounting knowledge and exposure to shared service center
• Excellent written and verbal fluency in English
• Ability to learn/understand standards & processes quickly and adhere to them accurately
• Flexible approach with a strong team spirit
• Effective interpersonal & communication skills and highly professional style
• Proficient IT skills including Excel and Outlook
• Able to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ year of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year (Master’s = one year) of work experience.
