%26minus; Master%27s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
%26minus; 3+ years of experience in finance and strong end-to-end process knowledge
%26minus; Experience in initiating, coordinating and implementing business process improvement / optimization projects
%26minus; Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings
%26minus; Lean/Six Sigma certification or successful process optimization track record will be an asset
%26minus; Fluent English skills
%26minus; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
%26minus; Project management skills will be an asset
%26minus; Knowledge of Visio, MS PowerPoint, Mural and Excel
