 is hiring a Data QA Analyst in Bangalore. 

Notified is looking for a talented and experienced Data QA Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. As a Data QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of our data and analytics solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for our data management and analytics platforms. As we continue to expand our reach and redefine the way organizations gather insights from media and data, we are seeking an experienced Data QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will contribute to shaping the future of our data infrastructure and ensuring its optimal performance and scalability.

 located on the 4th Floor, Airport Road, Kodihalli, Bangalore- 560008.  Our expectation at this time, is that you would work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.   

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for validating data quality, integrity, and accuracy across various data sources, warehouses, and platforms.
  • Work closely with data engineers and analysts to understand data requirements, identify, and troubleshoot data inconsistencies, and resolve data quality issues.
  • Validate ETL processes and data integration workflows in Informatica, ensuring accurate data extraction, transformation, and loading. Good to have experience in Informatica Application Integration across different CRM/ITSM platforms.
  • Actively participate in the evaluation and validation of Snowflake views & tables.
  • Test and validate data visualizations and reports in Tableau, ensuring their accuracy and effectiveness in presenting data insights. Validate column wise data along with various features of Tableau. 
  • Create automation scripts and leverage automation tools to streamline and improve testing processes.
  • Document test results, track, and manage defects, and work with the team to resolve issues.
  • Continuously monitor data quality metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance overall data quality.
  • Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, Kanban planning, and retrospectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data management, analytics, and quality assurance.
  • Willing to work in 2 – 11 pm IST timing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in data quality assurance, preferably with a focus on data warehousing and analytics
  • Deep understanding of data validation, QA, and automation techniques
  • Proficient in SQL and familiar with Snowflake, Informatica, & Tableau or similar platforms.
  • 1-2 years knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts & best practices.
  • Experience with automation tools like RPA/UiPath – Good to have.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
