As400 Developer
Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of development industry experience with exposure to complete life cycle of development at least once on CLP/RPG/RPGLE on commercial applications
Knowledge of DB2 concepts and associated methodologies.
Extensive Knowledge of ILE which also means working knowledge of modular programming in ILE-RPG including Modules, Service Programs etc..
Reasonable working experience of coding new (and changing) complex CL programs
Knowledge of trouble shooting during various phases of development.
Appreciation and knowledge of Unit Testing. Should be experienced in writing comprehensive Unit Test Cases / Plans
Can work as part of the larger team to ensure satisfactory deliveries.
Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
Self motivated, flexible, responsible and a desire for quality Knowledge of industry standard project management and m
