Skill Summary Technical skills (Required - Mandatory)

• Experience with multiple database technologies like Oracle, SQL Server, DB2-UDB and Mongo DB, especially Oracle
• Experience with designing and building DB environment along with replication sets, high availability, backup & recovery for Standalone and Cluster
• Must possess experience as an enterprise architect for a completed large-scale project
• Must have undertaken the role of Technology Architect in a few projects
• Must have experience of architectures involving system planning, networking, operating systems, cloud, backup & archival, EMS, RPO/RTO management
• Must have experience of at least two projects involving transformation & migration
• Implement continues service improvement initiatives and automation
• Hands-on expertise in installation and configuration of DB
• Must have exposure to various migration scenarios across DB versions, platform, from one DB engine to another, on premise to public Cloud
• Good command on advanced technologies like Clustering, Replication, Consolidation
• Experience with relevant monitoring tools like OEM, SQL Server Monitor, SCOM, Solarwinds, Ops Manager covering monitoring configuration and integration with Service Now for alert and event management
• Create and manage database reports, visualizations, and dashboards
• Experience with multi-tier infrastructures (hybrid and cloud environments)

Technical skills (Required - Nice to have)

• TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect is desired
• ESXi, NSX, vSAN, VCF, KVM, Neutron, CEPH, OpenStack, Compute (Blade), SAN (IBM, DellEMC, HPE), NAS (NetApp, ISILON), Object, Backup (DellEMC, Veeam), Physical Hosting, OS (Win, Lin), DB (Oracle, SQL, DB2, MongoDB)

• Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.
• Understanding and experience to ensure that systems are documented and kept current.
• Ability to work on design activities and assist with required data points
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements mapped to technology trends so as to derive high level architecture
• Should possess extensive detailed working knowledge and acumen in the technology domains
• Enterprise architecture best practices, including, but not limited to, logical and physical architectures, network communications, operating systems, applications, data base servers, application servers, web servers, server consolidation, server network and storage performance, server and storage virtualization & capacity planning.
