Roles and Responsibilities
- Manual workflow testing of the product.
- Taking charge of the support tasks.
- Effectively coordinating, documenting and communicating issues found during product testing and support tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.
- A basic understanding of some backend languages and operating systems may be required.
- Basic understanding of web application development and programming techniques and tools.
- Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.
- Problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or with a group.
