Job Description:
As a ServiceNow CSM Lead Developer, you will play a key role in architecting, designing, and implementing Customer Service Management solutions to meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow CSM, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow Customer Service Management solutions, including Case Management, Agent Workspace, Service Catalog, and Self-Service Portals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop custom applications, modules, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
- Configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and other platform components to automate and streamline customer service processes.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure the stability and reliability of ServiceNow CSM solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, mentoring junior developers and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies, continuously enhancing your skills and expertise in ServiceNow CSM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in developing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM modules, including Case Management, Agent Workspace, Service Catalog, and Self-Service Portals.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
