Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
As a Business Analyst specializing in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), you will play a crucial role in the implementation, customization, and enhancement of ServiceNow HRSD solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive the successful delivery of HR services using the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for ServiceNow HRSD implementation.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements, identify pain points, and propose solutions.
- Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and other documentation to support the implementation of HRSD solutions.
- Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed HRSD solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and best practices to continually enhance our offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ServiceNow HRSD implementation and customization.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with experience in HR service delivery.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.
