Communication Retention:

The firm’s use of email, chat, and voice communications for business activities triggers regulatory obligations to record and retain those records and make them discoverable for retrieval pursuant to global regulations. The activities of the Communications Retention team allow for adherence to these regulations through infrastructure design, software development, and industry vendor solutions both on premises and in the cloud

Basic Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of software development experience
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance.
• Ability to solve problems and apply analysis to make data driven decisions.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications
• Support users in resolving issues by troubleshooting, bug fixes or escalating to appropriate team.
• Comfortable multi-tasking, managing multiple stakeholders and working as part of a global team.

Technical Skills

• Programming in OO languages like Java and experience with frameworks like REST, Spring etc.
• Responsive web development experience in JavaScript or React.
• SQL database such as DB2, Oracle or Sybase
• Event stream platform such as Kafka, Kafka Streams and ActiveMQ
