HelpDesk Coordinator
- Manage Customer Calls and provide first level support.
- Provide First Level Technical support on Basic Network issues.
- Prepare MIS Report, Daily Report, Weekly Reports.
- Co-ordination with field team and Vendors for Issue resolution.
- SLA management.
- Should have good experience in Excel /PPT.
- Basic Network/System/Printer knowledge.
