  • Using your Workday experience, you will collaborate with the Performance and Potential teams to support processes, review issues and resolve defects, these activities include configuration, executing EIBs, processing MOMs, process monitoring, audits and other related tasks.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on process changes, write user stories, contribute to sprint planning, support and participate in user testing and validation.
  • Collaborate with the Performance, Potential, HRIS and IT Teams in defining processes and make recommendations regarding configuration and supporting tasks for process enhancements and Workday Releases.
  • Managing process design and configuration for goal setting, development plans, mid and year-end reviews including performance ratings, performance calibration, feedback, performance improvement and corrective action.
  • Designing and configuration of talent review, assess potential, talent calibration, talent and succession pools and career profile.
  • Providing data validations, producing DGW and EIB, validation and verification as well as inbound and outbound interface support.
  • Writing and reviewing user stories, sprint planning and review, and leading stand-up calls.

What we're looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Workday.
  • Knowledge of systems and data flows.

Even better if you have one of more of the following:

  • Experience in Talent Management, Performance Management and Succession Planning Workday applications.
  • Experience in SQL.
  • Knowledge of talent data requests.
  • Experience in working with integration to third-party applications.
  • Good Data analysis skills.
  • Experience in process design and system configuration.
  • Knowledge of G-Suite by Google and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation with Workday HCM/Payroll Cloud.
