What You’ll Do 

You will work with cross-functional teams to identify avenues for growth for clients and help define the strategy that would help clients achieve their business objectives. 

You'll report to Global Head of Strategic Customer Insights 

During a Typical Day, You’ll 

  • Develop Go To Market, Market Assessment, Process Audits & Redesign/ SOPs, Process Improvement, CX Optimization strategy etc. for clients. 
  • Engage with stakeholders, assess objectives, and gather data to identify key insights. 
  • Evaluate market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics to formulate strategies. 
  • Conduct comprehensive research, analyze data, and provide insightful recommendations. 
  • Solve complex business problems and develop innovative solutions. 
  • Lead strategy projects, define objectives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. 
  • Present findings and support implementation. 
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships. 
  • Identify growth opportunities and growth levers. 
  • Knowledgeable on industry trends and contribute to thought leadership. 
  • Facilitate the firm be industry-ready for future trends and tech innovations.

What You Bring to the Role 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or related field, from a Tier I institute.  
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Strategy, Consulting, Analyst, Research, Product Management, or similar role.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google suite and experience in the field of AI.. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a sharp focus on quality delivery. 
  • Proficiency in market research, financial analysis, and business modeling. 
  • Solid Project Management and multi-tasking abilities. 
  • Interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with clients or internal stakeholders to achieve the team’s goals. 
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies.
