HP Unix Administrator
• OS Installation, Modification, Startup / Shutdown , Rebooting & Initialization
S/W Management (Depots, Installation etc)
• Client-UX Server H/W, Virtualization technologies
High Availability, Service guard Cluster & Package Setup
• Client-UX network configuration, Routing , Client-UX Commands & Shell Scripting
• Roll server firmware and driver updates, Patch/patch bundle application & management
• LVM setup, shared storage config
Troubleshooting server CPU and memory , Performance monitoring etc
• Users and groups (Access Management), File system configuration , permission , directory structures, NFS, Tape management
• Kernel Parameters and troubleshooting, System processes & Job control
• Backup & restore configure, troubleshoot & recovery, Ignite-UX
• Client-UX Server Security settings/ Hardening
• External Vendor coordination/escalation
Other related Technologies will be a plus
• Redhat Linux System Administration
• Client 9000 containers
• Knowledge on Security & Vulnerability Management
