Siebel Admin and Support Developer
Job Description For Siebel Admin:
1.Should have good experiance on Siebel installation on Windows,Linux,Solaris.
2.Should have good experiance on Siebel Upgrade.
3.Should have good experiance on Siebel Performance tuning.
4.Should be ready to work on shifts.
5.Should have good troublshooting skills.
6.Should have experiance on installing 3rd party webservers.
7.Should have experiance on Troubleshooting EAI component crashes and analyzing crash & Fdr and component log files.
8.should have knowledge on System Administration activities such as configuring application components, parameters, and Troubleshooting component crashes.
Job Description For Siebel Support Dev:
- Siebel configuration.
- Working as support resource in Siebel Application Support project.
- Handling support tickets and resolving them based on priority and SLAs.
- Identifying defects in system and reporting to development team.
- Experties in siebel configuration.
- Good understanding of Siebel Open UI.
- Experience is working on Siebel Support projects as team member
- Very good communication and customer facing skills
