Performance Engineer Testing - Performance Tester
Job description
- Project Role :Quality Engineer (Tester)
- Project Role Description :Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities :a: 4 to 8 Years of experience in Performance Testing using LoadRunner / Performance Center and JMeter b: Good knowledge on Server side like JVM, threads, CPU and Memory c: Good in Analysis and able to identify bottlenecks d: Able to lead/execute the project independently e: Good in C or Java programming and logical thinking f: Good Communication skills and able to learn new tools/technologies independently G: must have VPT Testing
- Technical Experience :a: Relevant experience with Performance testing of NET/J2EE Applications b: Must have solid LoadRunner scripting experience c: Experience in building scripts and executing tests in JMeter d: Prior experience with Tuning/optimization of NET/J2EE Applications e: Strong experience with monitoring tools like CA Wily Introscope, Client Diagnostics f: AppDynamics, New Relic, Dynatrace, vmstat, iostat, htop etc G: Experience with testing applications on cloud based environment like Amazon Cloud AWS
- Professional Attributes :Professional Attributes a: Decision-making and Problem Solving b: Judgement and analytical skills required to resolve complex technical and non-functional problems as it is key to deliver quality and on-time execution of the performance testing c: Strong hands on experience in Performance Testing,
- Educational Qualification :a: Regular BE/BTech
