Citrix Technical Operations Analyst
- Hands-on Technical experience working on Citrix platform & applications on an Enterprise level (more than 15000 users)
- Hands-on Technical experience in upgrading multiple Citrix platforms at an Enterprise level
- Trouble-shooting and diagnostic skills in Citrix especially when encountering Application/Software/Operating systems & Hardware related issues
- Working experience in managing and deploying new applications on Citrix including App-V
- Working experience in operating multiple environments based on Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp v7 or later
- Working experience in trouble-shooting Citrix connectivity issues such as VLAN mappings, Firewall port openings, VPN issues (including RSA and Two-factor authentication)
- Working experience in trouble-shooting issues with Microsoft Windows server (multiple OS including legacy)
- Working knowledge on Netscaler proxy and VMware is desirable
- Solid understanding of Networking concepts including RDP, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP protocols
