Security Problem Manager
- Security Problem Manager
- Security-any firewall knowledge like Cisco ASA, other vendors like checkpoint/ Pal Alto
Exp- 4 to 7 years for T2
Exp- 6 to 9 years for T3
Required Skills - Managing the lifecycle of all the problems and to minimize the impact of incidents.
- End to End IT Problem and Service Management & Execution.
- Requirement gathering & Analysis of the situation.
