Lead Engineer – Network & IT Security
Job Description
Technical & Functional Skills
Responsible for coordinating with department's Security professionals and ISOs & CISO
- Lead responsibility for Network & IT Security Engineers
- Work along with PM, Customer team in planning layout, bandwidth allocation for SDC LAN, intranet and internet
- Responsible for segregating servers in appropriate VLANs as required by SDC security guidelines
- Planning and working with Network Service Providers to provide appropriate connectivity to various departments via routers,
leased lines etc
as/when required
- Responsible for Security breaches and incident management and coordinate with respective OEM in case of any new threats is observed
- Conducting periodic Vulnerability assessment
- Coordinating of Periodic penetration testing and coordinating with external auditors
- Responsible for ISO 27001 certification compliance
- Liaison with Security Operations Centre L2 team as/when it becomes operational and execute SOPs for security incidents & events
- work under guidance of composite team security specialist in onboarding/troubleshooting of security/network issues faced by departments
- Review logs/reports provided by Network/Security Monitoring tools and take corrective action
Expertise on Fortinet , Radware Security Devices
Manage Customer , TPA with respect to ISMS documentation and process.
