Java Technical Lead/Technical Manager
7 years in Java Spring Hibernate with ExtJS with experience on large complex projects Building web application screens and strong DB.
- Very strong technical experience in core JAVA and J2EE Experience on JavaScript or at least one of the UI frameworks like GWTGXT.
- The candidate should be proficient with Oracle PLSQL.
- Experience in working Batch related application would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of JMS or jBPM would be an advantage.
- Adhere to the SDLC process, also ensure others follow process too.
- Should have root cause analysis skills, able to quickly analyze and interpret code and ensure that issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
- Must have prior proven experience in coding, development and testing of programs modules Strong client management skills including interaction with senior management on the client side.
- Strong technical project management experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
