Devops Engineer-Pune

We have urgent opening for Devops Engineer for Pune location.

JD:

Expected to enhance and maintain the devops setup for multiple components in the project and set up proper release lifecycle for them.

Expected to enhance the build, deploy, configuration management, and release engineering related activities for components in the project.

Expected to streamline build and deploy methodologies.

Managing key application release schedules, ad-hoc projects and/or key infrastructure initiatives across multiple environments, strong multi-tasking aptitude.

Interact with upstream and downstream applications so as to synchronize the release activities.

Responsibilities would include creating Request for change and obtaining appropriate approvals, including approvals from the risk management groups. Represent project in the part in Change Advisory Board meetings.

Capturing business and test team acceptances/signoff on deliverables.

Ability to partner with Developers, QA Engineers, Product Owners and other engineers across an organization.

Work with teams across the organization to design and implement process improvement in the build and deploy area.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for composing and communicating to all the partners involved, including providing clear, concise, and timely communication to all parties before, during and after deployments

Minimum Experience Required: 7+ YEARS

Mandatory Skill sets: git, Jenkins, maven, JIRA, Containers, Openshift, & Other Atlassian tools & Java

Good to have : Domain knowledge: Private Banking, Wealth Management
