Job Requirements of Design Engineer - Customer support (M/F):
• Map out the differences between actual configuration of the Assembly/Part manufactured and as per the 3D definition/2D Drawing.
• Localize the impacted damage/difference area on a 3D model or on a 2D drawing.
• Analyze the damage and coordinate with the design and stress team to determine best possible solution.
• Co-ordinate with MRO, Manufacturers and Suppliers as necessary, to evaluate repair technical data.
• Provide technical disposition to queries related to maintenance and repair of Aero-structures products.
• Manage incoming repair technical queries with aim to provide seamless Customer service and to keep the Aircraft-On-Ground time to minimum.
• Co-ordinate with Spares Sales, Airline/Field Support Managers in resolving Customer issues.

Profil souhaité
• Catia V5 expert with experience Part design, Generative shape design, Assembly Design, Drafting / Sketching, Aerospace sheet metal design (Preferred)
• Analytical thinking & problem solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external Customers and be driven to achieve Customer satisfaction
•ENOVIA (Added advantage), Knowledge of Aerospace parts/Materials/Fasteners/Repairs is a big plus.
