ServiceNow Developer
ITSM,CSM,HRSD ,FSM ,Portal & Virtual Agent skillset
Location- Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/Delhi Client
Type: FTE

Experience: 4-10 years of experience in the relevant field.

Job Overview:
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance applications that drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

HRSD:
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) application.
• Apply expertise in HR functions, processes, and best practices to optimize HR service delivery.
• Design and implement Case Management and Knowledge Management best practices.
• Lead the design and/or implementation of an HR Shared Services center.
• Integrate HRSD with external systems using REST and Web services.

CSM:
• Implement standard Customer Service Management (CSM) processes within ServiceNow.
• Utilize in-depth process knowledge of CSM, including integrations with third-party tools.
• Implement ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools using web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.
• Drive proactive customer service operations, leveraging Predictive Intelligence and Continual Improvement Management.

FSM:
• Manage Work Order management, scheduling, and dispatch using the Field Service Management (FSM) application.
• Configure Field Agent activities for both mobile and desktop environments.
• Design Field Service Business Processes, Assignments, and Add-ons.
• Optimize Scheduling, Dispatch, and Inventory Operations.
• Integrate FSM with applications and data sources, including process integrations.
• Apply industry best practices in Field Service Management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development, specializing in HRSD, CSM, or FSM.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and components.
• Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• ServiceNow certification(s) related to HRSD, CSM, or FSM preferred.
