YOUR IMPACT

The Management and Strategy team within the Client Solutions Group (CSG) is responsible for leading the execution of key strategic initiatives within the sales organization, working with stakeholders across sales, investing, and our operating platform.

The team oversees our progress toward our financial and non-financial goals; works directly with leadership to execute on our operating initiatives and projects growth plans for the business; and sets the talent management philosophy of the team. In addition to working with leadership in the Client Solutions Group, the team partners closely with AWM Leadership, Investing, Operations and Engineering, the Executive Office, Legal and Compliance, and HCM. The team’s success is ultimately measured on our ability to metric our teams, evaluate the efficacy of our initiatives, create and lead programs that drive incremental commercial progress, and give our people the tools they can leverage to succeed with our clients and in their careers. 

ROLE OVERVIEW

In this role, you will serve as a key member of the Asset Management Client Solutions Group (CSG) Management & Strategy team. The Management & Strategy team is responsible for driving strategic initiatives across CSG and Asset Management that advance our client priorities and contribute to the execution of the broader AWM strategy. 

Projects/tasks vary in nature and require team members to utilize a wide range of analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, and relationship building skills.  You are expected to actively participate in projects and develop expertise in data, operating infrastructure, establish relationships throughout the business, and communicate proposed solutions and results effectively. You will be expected to understand and organize large data sets and then create visual displays through Powerpoint and Excel to communicate key trends or observations, along with a set of recommended actions or next steps. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead on resource analysis for the business
  • Overseeing and executing governance around Salesforce data – including reviewing and working with sales teams globally for data accuracy. 
  • Participate in the creation of weekly reporting and analysis on the business 
  • Lead and monitor our client focus lists globally
  • Serve as the liaison with sales teams to update critical client data points in Salesforce
  • Drive analysis on client engagement and how we can improve our effectiveness with clients 
  • Sales alpha tracking 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of prior work experience
  • Post-Graduate in Finance, Marketing, Economics or Mathematics
  • Exposure to tools likes PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, Alteryx etc.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity on the industry, our clients, and our competitors 
  • Collaborative team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task, with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with large data sets, technology and exposure to Asset Management, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking industries a plus
