ROLE PURPOSE
Handling Branch accounts which includes Code creation, Billing, Etopup, Price Configuration & intercompany Closing.
ESSENCE OF ROLE- Key Accountabilities
1
Accounting & Reporting of financial Transactions
A)Accounting and Reporting of all AR Financial transactions for VESL
B) Daily recon of CPOS Vs SAP,BSCS Vs SAP
C) Ensure Smooth and Error free month ends for AR & AP closure
D )Ensure CPOS sub leger balances tally with the overall GL Balance
E) Ensure all Clearing A/c Pertaining to Commission Credit Note is Zero at month end
F) Ensure Month end Report for CPOS Vs SAP recon on the 1st of every month
G) Responsible for CPOS Debtors balances for all parties invoiced on Hyd W/H
H) Reporting of Primaries for entire AP

Reconciliations
A)Bank Reconciliation for the hub.
B)Recon for PIH Vs Banking (logical physical recon)
C)Clearing account reconciliation for all respective accounts
D)Bank Recon for the Region to be provided on 1st of every month
E)Clearing account Schedule for the region to be provided by 1st of every month

Channel commission Working & Disbursement
A) Working of prepaid SAC for the Zone for Distributors
B)Ensure all the DB SAC is closed within 15th of Next Month
C)Support ZM in settlement of issues pertaining to SAC, market issues etc
D)Ensure Payouts released within fix TAT

Inter company accounting
A)Collecting all Debit note details from circle respective persons
B)Verfiying all supporting documents and approval .
C)FIC request for DN's & CN's to be raised on other circles
D)Ensure smooth ICA closing
