Testing Lead
Experience: 8-10 Years
Job Location: GGN
Shifts: should be open for shifts(when required)
Cabs: Yes(For hiring zones only)

Budget: For experience range 8-10 years, Max. we can offer is 17 LPA
Notice Period: Pls. look for immediate joiners or people who can join max. in 10-15 days
Comm. skills: Only Good, Very Good and Excellent(poor comm. skills shall not be entertained)

- Strong manual testing with 8-10 years of core experience (Exposure to Automation Testing).
- Individual contributor, not a team Manager (Good to have team mentoring skills)
- Results orientation
- Willingness to be 80% hands-on all the time
- Adaptability towards changing business requirements.
- Should be open for Gurgaon Location Only.
- Good communication skills.
1. Should have experience working in an Agile team as a Test Lead (Not a People Manager) Need to do hands-on IC Work.
2. Should have experience leading a testing team focused on website delivery or data interchange/data migration related testing
3. Insurance or Finance domain experience is required expectation would be that this person should become the SME for the entire application suite and should be able to put difficult questions to the requirements provider so that we get to the right solution and quality
4. Expertise on at least one Agile tool and one testing tool, completely hands-on
5. Ability to define test plans, report out status at a team as well as for management level, conduct effective RCAs and take those to closure
6. Excellent communication skill and experience working with different cultures
7. Think out of the box willingness to offer and create solutions outside of your own technical expertise
8. Exposure to automated testing frameworks and the implementation lifecycle is a plus
