Area Sales Manager
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Main responsibilities/ Principal duty
- Achieve primary & secondary volume.
- Managing Distributors/ Super Distributor.
- Managing wholesellers /SRO/large traders
- Distributor Appointment and Management and Credit Management
- Recruit , coach, retain DSMs/SR/SO
- Ensure physical availability of fresh stocks in the assigned teeritory
- Ensure displays as planned
- Price discovery in stipulated time intervals.
- DSM productivity as targetted.
- Distribution growth as targetted .
ENVIRONMENT
What external factors(competition/government controls/market locations etc) affect achievement of the position accountabilities
- Cremica's relationship with the Distributors and Retailers
- Competition activity on pricing and trade promotions
- Outlook of the Biscuti industry/ Festivals etc.
